Total rip off

Vonage is a total rip off my advise to you is use your local phone company and pay the charges. Believe me it is not worth your sanity to deal with this company. I have received several devices of which none worked. I never rcvd a phone call or placed a ph call with my Vonage device. They neglect to tell you that it is not compatable with VISTA which they knew I had when I placed the orig order. But I still had to pay the bills and mail their JUNK back to them.
