I purchased a corset which was a special order and they had a note on the lingerie that due to the nature of the item it would take up to 8 weeks to receive it. I promptly paid that item on April 4. About 5 weeks later I started to email them to get an update as my wedding anniversary was soon approaching. The emails went unanswered. I found a phone number and called it... Voice mail. I called again a few days later and a lady said that she was filling in for the day and had no information. I continued to send emails. Still no answer. I contacted paypal but they can only help if its within 45 days of purchase. They suggested I contact my bank, which I did and am currently working with them on this case. Do not buy from Lady K plus, these people will steal your money. I am currently out $75.17 which I hope my bank will help me get back.
