Shops, Products, Services

I found out about www.Telemediax.com when searching Google for appointment setting services. I talked to a number of different businesses but Sean Sandor of Telemediax/MTMedia/3 in 1 Media/Facerecruiter.com persuaded the most with his appointment setting services approach. His prices were also very affordable for a small business owner such as myself.

The services were approximately $2,120. I paid with a cashier's check. He said they currently didn't accept credit cards. I was highly skeptical about that but after thinking it over I decided to more forward with it—bad move. Sean Sandor also said he sells merchant services, so you would think that he accepts credit cards. He was supposed to set 80 appointments for me. He guaranteed me this and felt very confident that he could do it.

He has set only 1 appointment since April and it is now June. I have had to change my list criteria repeatedly because he has been unable to do what he promised. I also believe that he hasn't really called anyone. I get many inquires about my business everyday so you would think he would be able to set appointments with the list criteria I set for him. This is why I don't think he is really making any calls. (My business is franchise business opportunity consulting and commercials business loans, he was doing a telemarketing campaign for the commercial business loans part of my business)

We ended changing the list criteria 3 times to accommodate him so he could successfully set appointments. He said he could only set 60 because we changed the list criteria 3 times (I agreed although we changed the criteria to accommodate him). He stated that they were implementing a new system and they will be able to start setting appointments. He still has NOT set the agreed 60 appointments that we have left. He has completely ignored my phone calls and emails. If I call private sometimes I can get through, but if he knows it is me he will not answer.

I feel as though he has not tried to set the appointments and has ran off with my money. What kind of legitimate business doesn't return emails and phone calls? EVER! I strongly believe his business is unethical and doesn't have any integrity. He has several websites online: www.Telemediax.com (telemarketing and appointment setting) and www.FaceRecruiter.com (executive/employee recruiting). These sites have the SAME testimonials on them but they have been slightly altered. That means the testimonies are not real. If they were real why would you have to alter them?

I have been tricked by Sean Sandor into thinking that he could do a job he could NOT. I believe that I was one of his first real customers and he didn't know what the hell he was doing.instead of him being honest he decided to take my money and quit talking too me. I am simply asking for a pro-rated refund covering the cost of the remaining 60 appointments that he promised to set for me. I am NOT asking for the full 80 only because I am trying to be fair as possible although he has not been a man of integrity.

That is approximately $1,440.00
Original Amount Paid Was: $2,120 ($1,920 plus setup fee)
(At $24.00 Per Appointment set—Not including setup fee)
