The salesman Preset Appointment SCAM

New Horizons made empty promises to our company. We were promised 16-20 quality set appointments per month with individuals that fit the criteria we selected.

The call center would not tell us what their call script was. The appointments that were set were far from quality. The only reason that the people set the appointments was because New Horizon promised them a $100 gift card. Which we were totally unaware of!

None of the people that we met with fit the criteria requested. None of them could afford any of our services. Most of them told the sales reps that they didn't even want any insurance.

We called and spoke with Joe Hilton - (the owner of this company) to voice our concerns. We were told that he would work on it and get back with us. He then called and told us that he had a hot one for us... When he gave us the name; it was a name that he had already given us. At this point we were frustrated.

We are professionals and we do not approve of this business practice.
