401 (k) Protection Agency
Global Direct Communications The 401 (K) Protection Agency is a Scam. When you do business with them you are throwing away money

Shops, Products, Services

Six months ago my team contracted with the 401 (k) protection agency to provide appointment setting services. They were supposed to set appointments with businesses who were interested in having their retirement plans reviewed. The terms of our contract were: a one time "set-up" fee of $1,500 we also pre-paid $5,000 for 4 appointments that met our parameters. The 4 pre-paid appointments were by contract fully refundable.

We paid $6,500 for the following results; 1 kept appointment that was worthless, 6 or 7 scheduled and cancelled appointments, and a littany of shell game tactics and excuses. When we asked them for a refund, Lisa Delamer "the owner" said they don't have the money. We are now pursuing this matter through AMEX. I would strongly recommend not using them.
