Putting false information on my dac report

When i quit at Cal-ark I turned the truck in at tha Laredo Texas terminal. They put on my dac that I left the truck at an unauthorized location and I was late with pickups and deliveries. What they don't say is that I was being dispatched a 1 to 1 1/2 days late and still expected me to deliver on time. I don't run illegal for no one. Now im having trouble getting another job. Because of what they said I could not be cleared by another trucking company. Why is it that a company can say what ever they want and another company will believe that and not what the person says.
