Lied on d.A. C report ripped him off on payday

When my husband quit this company they sent a report to d.A. C saying he abandoned his truck, not true he turned his truck in to their south pittsburg alabama terminal, man at terminal done inventory on truck agreed everything was there. On his last pay check which was 878.18$ he only received 93.36$ they kept all the rest.

For the whole 5 mnths he worked for this company, he made 6000.00 that is why he had to find another company, he was just trying to make a living, so they are trying to mess up his d.A. C so no other company will hire him that is wrong how do they get away with that?
