Prejudice against some employees

I brought into this company under false pretenses I was told Id'e be assigned new equipment along with a starting rate of $. 34 cpm with my experience.
None of the things were true, my 1st truck was a 2000 century freightliner which broke down about 3 or 4 times not allowing me to make money. I was doing good until I got a new fleet manager it went down hill from there.

After being given another old truck I was ready to roll again it was better than the 1st truck. When I enquired about a new one though, I was told I had to be there a whole year. I talked to some other co workers who had been there less than 1 year they had new trucks. To me it seemed a little prejudice but I kinda blew it off. Then I start noticing changes in my load assignments, things like a 800 mile run with delivery dates 3-1/2 days.

Some were even pushed out as far as 4-1/2 days to deliver. And when I began to speak out against this junk it got worse to the point I left the company. I had a delivery about 1500 miles with an appointment set 4-1/2 days out. I was about 2 hrs late due to some highway congestion it turned out to over 7 days with the same load.

That's when I quit the company I did get load to original destination but unable to deliver. But, after company failed to respond to the messages I sent in a timely manner, I quit. Me and that load made our way to elm springs to turn in keys and property. I also cleaned out the truck, and they deducted $ 389.40 from my settlement, but failed to give me an explanation for the deduction.

I can't get hired with another company because they have reported negative information on my DAC report, along with JB Hunt, and USA Truck. According to jb hunt I abandoned their truck. This is FALSE and I have witnesses. My spouse picked me up at their terminal in Concord, NC. Also they sent not one but two tow trucks to my house to get their truck.

Let them tell you what they didnot see in my driveway, and what I told them, while they were on the phone with jb hunt. USA Truck are angry because I chose not to work for them. I did go out with a USA Truck trainer for 28 days, when I completed the training I changed my mind about working for them.

While I was on the phone with a person at usa truck explaining why I changed my mind I was belittled by that person. They have also reported negative info on my DAC Rport.
