Takes your money and doesn't deliver

I ordered a pair of prescription goggles at the Laughlin River Run in Laughlin, Nevada on April 25th. I was charges $209.99 and told they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I called them toward the end of May and was told the frames had been backordered; they had come in and would be shipped by the end of the week. I also noticed that they had overcharged my credit card by $10.00 and was told that a credit would be issued for that amount, which has yet to happen.

I called again on June 4th and was told there was a problem at the lab. He was going to check on my order and call me back, which he never did. I tried to call several times on the 5th and again today, Monday the 8th but noone answers the phone.

Apparently this person sets up booths at special events and rallies and rips people off.
