Scam Artist Abraham Lens Crafters - eyes glasses

I went to Lens crafters in April. I spent over $1000.00 for 2 pair of designer frame glasses the prescription was not working when i picked up my glasses. I could not see anything so I came back and they told me something was left off of the prescription. So I had to pay more money to get that corrected. Ok I have never heard of nothing being left off of a prescription. But i went for that one. Now here I am 5 months later September not satisfied with my vision so I went to the eye Dr. He gave me another prescription and this is when the trouble got started. I called Lens Crafters in Montclair Plaza asked for the Manager. And the nightmare begin. I explained to him I bought some very nice frames in April and my prescription needs to be changed. Could they please just changes the lenses. Because I dont need new frames. He told me they could not do it. I need to buy new frames also. Totally ridicilous, Why I just bought these frames. He told me absolutely not. I asked for a corporate number and he gave me 1-877-753-6727. This lady was the most rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. I asked for her Manager she said no one was available would not give me her name and said someone would call me back shortly and here we are the next day i still have not heard from anyone. And customer beware. Save yourself and your money. Ripoff Artist is the word. Very dissapointed. Thanks
