Ripoff Computer REBATE the business that doesnt give a dam

I purchased a new Compaq CPU from Radio SHack in April. It said to allow 6-8 Weeks for processing. It was for $180. I still have not gotten it. I called the first time after 3 months and they said I didn't send UPC Codes. I had sent them. They said if I gave them the info on my cpu (Serial Number) they would send me my rebate. I gave it to them. They said allow 3 more weeks for processing. I called them back six weeks later and they said it had not shown that I was approved to receive the rebate. I had them look at previous notes and they agreed that the rebate would be sent and arrive in three weeks. It has now been over a year and I have still not received my rebate. Don't support these corporate scoundrels!!!
