Mandatory Delivery Austin

I made a major purchase at a Rooms to Go store in Austin, Texas on the 90-day same as cash as I am on a strict/limiting budget. When I went in to make my last payment and arrange for pickup, I was told that they offer no in-store or warehouse pickup in the Austin area AFTER being told by my salesperson (who is no longer there) that I could pick up my furniture in the store when I make my last payment. While the amount is trivial, I was really pissed off that that now I have to pay an extra amount for unneccesary delivery. Their website does not say anything about in-store/warehouse pickup-mentioning that it is not offered, but only has information about delivery.in summary, do your homework and don't go by just what the sales people say. Hard Lesson Learned.
