Stole our money! Refused Refund! Left our pool a mess!

Two siblings compensated Bourne Bridge Swimming & Club in Buzzards Bay, mother to repair our swimming and obtain it prepared for that summer.

They took over 1300.00 from us (after estimating us 1200) in advance and with no agreement to complete the task. Six months later they nevertheless haven't completed the swimming.

they simply quit it searching worse than what it did once they began. The swimming is dark, slimey and hazardous and there's an enormous pit within our cement they made right alongside the swimming with the dust piled alongside it.

They assured my cousin, and appeared her within the attention many times and informed her that it had been likely to be achieved. They skipped every contract.

They WOn't consider possession within their error and also have become furious and aggressive around since we requested them to get a reimbursement, named the Division of Public-Safety in it, documented them towards the Better Business Institution and quit an adverse evaluation on the site. We've haven't damaged any regulations by worrying for them. They've slandered our household online since we submitted truthful evaluations in it.

We told them that people might quit all this when they settled us in complete to ensure that we're able to consider our company elsewhere to complete our swimming. They declined and informed us to prosecute them. Their employees has slandered our family online repeatedly.

This did not simply affect two siblings. It has influenced a whole household with young children who desired a swimming to play set for summer time.

We'd just like the community to understand this is just a business which was UNPUBLISHED USING THE STATE (the Division of Public-Safety had no report or them whenever we named them) - DPS has since named them on that - required our cash IN ADVANCE, hasn't provided us a deal or any paperwork with evidence of work completed, etc and simply strolled from the task and quit it undone. They declined to answer some of our calls and declined to return us our cash. Please believe lengthy and difficult before using the services of them.
