I settled near to $1200.00 to get a John Variety Bed, Queen-Size. I had been shipped in a couple of days and following a week; I realized that one aspect of the bed had a-3-inch despair. I named the shop and was instantly known “Joe” within the warranty Area. I subsequently discovered, that the bed produced by JOHN couldn't be traded to get a new one. They demand on delivering somebody out towards the home inside a two-week interval to “inspect “ the bed. After waiting until March, without any reaction, I named John in Baltimore plus they are about as unaware as could be about customer support. They kept mentioning me back again to the shop and after 14 days of telephone calls, they reluctantly decided to deliver somebody out. After another 14 days, I quit and certainly will never purchase another John item. They appear intent on waiting you out before you quit.
