I've possessed my John Cali-King, Vera Wang Beyond Beautiful Natural Cotton Bed for just two years. I'm astonished that John continues to be running a business using their TERRIBLE customer support. My spouse is 170 lbs and that I am 114 pounds... When he sets down the bed sinks atleast 4-5 inches and my part gets into 3". There's a huge wedge between us where the bed increases up. We purchased this bed thru Rest Practice for over $4000 since "it'll never drop as a result of this super-duper paralay latex... Blah... Blah... Blah" Named Sleep Practice plus they sent an inspector who put two big cardboard cirlces along with the bed, and he explained my spouse aspect reaches least an inch-deep without fat. The inspector stated it had been a sizable/deep-hole and he'd submit his results. Our aspect was around 3/8 inch drop. The issue with putting a toliet paper throw kind cirlce about the mattress is the fact that IT DOES'T CONSIDER SOMETHING! The moment you place any strain on the bed you drop within the heavy loose pit... Sleep Practice and John equally refused alternative of the bed becuase the sag needs to be-at least 1 1/2 inch drop. The cushion top is not likely to destroy another 1/2 inch without my spouse suffocating within the mattress... Your shells are killing people and today we've to purchase another mattress... Horrible item, horrible organization, desire we're able to make a move... Don"t purchase a john!!!
