Fed mod took my money and never did any thing

This company took our money for a loan modification i lost my job and i got special needs children. The man i talk to was alan alexzander than it went to a jen potter the phone calls stoped and soon we got worried so we look this company name on bbb there rating was an f so we called alan and jen to get our money back the phone numbers we got to contact them did not work or no one answerd the e - mail address no longer went threw and came back to sender we sent certified letters still no response we sent faxes and only one went threw with no response i'm doing my modification myself so i won't lose my home and i'm looking to sue the hell out of this company i hope you do the same
