Constant ads - no support - lies

When researching for a web 'for sale by owner' site i found, what appeared to be well regarded, owners.com it is not what it appears to be. I signed for an extra $24 after the 'free' offer and was bombarded with ads to upgrade to mls for $395, which went down to $370 the next day.
The problems are that when you ask a question of support they send more ads and never answer the questions. When you ask again they lie about leaving a voce message and again offer the mls upgrade. You can't go on the site without them trying to get the upgrade.
Even though i am in a neighborhood which is not suffering too much from the economy i have never received an inquiry or email or even a complaint.
The mls they offer to us in nyc is a century 21 in georgia and they get any calls from your listing and have to relay them (not a good idea) to you. What does ga have to do with nyc? When a potential customer calls they need a pen and paper and have to make another call when they get the contact number. They also pay the cent 21 and ask you to pay the co-broker, might as well go local and pay the neighborhood broker who can help, knows where the customers are and what they're looking for and can set up appts asap.
A waste of time and money and no response anyway.
