Management is incompetent and clueless

Moving my mother-in-law out of this facility was the best thing my husband and I ever did for her. Although much of the care, maintenance and housekeeping staff were darlings, the marketing and nursing management were very self-absorbed and clueless to the essence of Mom's needs. I found the administrator to be and hands-off and complacent and ignorant with meeting the training needs of his care staff. He needs to get a clue and get over himself.

If you are thinking about placing your parent or loved-one and this place is one your list, you should sincerely keep looking. There are very many other senior living places in the area with more competitive pricing and with a deeper interest in meeting the needs of seniors.
