We bought a GE stove from Jessupis in January. We settled their contractors $85 to set up it within the room above the range where the prior stove have been. Roughly 3 months later, while we were absent, the stove dropped from its installation, landing face-down about the range top. Whenever we telephoned the shop to determine in regards to a alternative, we were informed that neither they or their approved contractors were accountable for changing the stove. They agreed to promote us a brand new one at top dollar. Ben Jessup, the dog owner, continued a rant blaming people of looking to get anything for nothing, accusing our units as defective, and yelling about people taking responsibility due to their own steps & that was especially interesting because they WOn't take responsibility for that incorrect installation! More, for this, GE Consumer Support was simply no aid.
