Is a Scamming Company

First they have the worst customer service ive ever had to deal with. Second they are just a scam. I blame my self for getting into this mess but figured they would help me out some! Well i went to get my free credit report and signed up, but after i did all it told me to it wouldnt let me see anything, i called them and they couldnt help me! OK? Whatever!

So i canceled it so i wouldn't get billed or i thought i had them cancel it! Turns out they never did and found out yesterday i overdrafted cause they pulled out money from my account and have been doing it for three months! Ive Never once used this service with them and have paid a total of $120 or more dollars for it! I had to pay a $35 overdraft fee for this!

So i called them to make suer i canceled for real this time, and they kept asked why i wanted to and why not just continue using it and trying to sell me for services! I Canceled and two days after i they pulled this months payments and wont let me use the service that i paid for inless i re instate my subcription or upgrade it! Wont At all refund me and Tried emailing them Many times and have yet to get one phone call or email back! The Company is Selfish and all about making money off of nothing!
