Scam

I recieved my letter and i called. When i called it sounded like an elderly lady and said it was an old number from a car lot didnt ask me anything or try to get any money from me but it could just be them being careful now who nows. I do doubt it because the next thing she said was to get online and take a look at what all was being said so if she was a scammer she wasnt a good one and even told on herself. Thats how i found out but i was also very upset when i called because to my knowledge the grants are something you have to apply for they dont contact you first.
