Ripoff pays out to woman filed frualent claim then dropped me

Wife went throught a drive through window at mcdonalds and tapped the car ahead of her from a dead stop at least then 2 feet slightly uphill and no more then 2-4 mph. She didnt respond to the tap or nothing til my wife had goten her food and then when she left the lady was standing in the parking lot jumping up and down waving her arms my wife pulled over and talked to the lady they checked the cars and no damge no scraps no nothing my wife called me because all lady wanted was our insurance because she wanted to go home and think about it, she was wearing scrubs so she was getting off work or going to caregiving job she declined to give us her name she declined for us to call cops cause wasnt any damage but all she wanted was our insurance information wouldnt give us hers.

My insurance called and wanted inforamation because her insurance wasnt coroperating witht hem either. About 1 hour later she called and said she washeading to er with head and neck and back pains i thought omg how in the hell but its true she filled a report with my insrance and sure enough they paid her after they told me she was a scammer and theres no way they will pay her for that i didnt hear from anyone for 4-5 mths til i got letter saying they were dropping us.

So now we are screwed and have to pay 100 extra to get insurance because they paid a scammer. Be on the lookout they pay ppl off so they can get you to pay more money or get you droppped and pay someone else alot more money its all a scam and we are pi*ed.
