Whenever we purchased a fridge on 11/22/08 we were told that people qualified to get a shipping refund.

We sent the paperwork in on november 24. Regarding this date may 14, we've not recieved the refund. We've been told it's been processed but it would appear that someone cannot appear to put finished within the mail or anything. The entire situation is starting to smell bad.

Why should it take so long to issue a refund originating from conn's when other companies will get it for you in thirty days in the date you posted it.

We'd appreciate a reason with this or better therefore, see our sign in the mail quickly—not another thirty days or need to make another telephone call simply to have the run around.
