Purchased a refrigerator, was delivered dented. Delivered 2 different ones and all were dented. Their excuse is they come from the factory in this condition. It is where they inject insulation between the interior and exterior. HA! Now, they want to pick up the item, keep 15% of refund for restocking fee and it will take 30 days to issue a refund. And they are on sale now for $100 cheaper trying to get rid of them.
