Bad service

I'm writing to protest about my current encounters with CallingCard.com. I bought $20 of moments like a test. I've been monitoring my moments and calls. 3 times I've needed to contact them to go over why my moments used don't complement their moments employed. Every time I named I had been handed backwards and forwards in one quantity to a different. Lastly without questioning me or verfying details, they repaid me for that moments I stated weren't used once they delivered me a phone record of moments employed. Again there is a difference so when I requested them this period for another phone background, I'm educated I currently require a legitimate record to obtain this. I had been advised to get hold of another quantity and complete an application and maybe they'd renounce that necessity. After I completed the shape and delivered it for their assistance website, I had been educated that that information was continued another computer and needed a significant charge to gain access to that info! I rep lied: How handy! And told them I had been likely to record them. And this is my statement. I'd not recommend one to utilize CallingCard.com because they are not correct in confirming your moments used and certainly will not allow you understand how several moments you've really used... Just the things they claim you have used.
