CallingCard Teleplus = Scam

I am shocked to disbelieve! After spending $20 on a international calling card, I could not even reach a dial tone!

Ironically, when tried to report the technical trouble to 800-930-9916, there was no dial tone either. Eight hours later, I eventually connect with them, the customer service reps stated that according to my phone records, that I made a 22 minutes phone call, and the costs has been duely charged to my account. But the truth is, I had not been able to reach a dial tone in the entire day.

This is one step further from rip-off. This a a scam; dishonesty, and tempering of phone records.
