Bag Borrow Or Steal
Credit report, charge credit card without services

I'm very dissapointed with my first and only experience with Bag Borrow or Steal. When signing up for a membership and placing an order to "borrow" one of their bags, I received an email saying my bag was on it's way and gave me an approx. Date as to when I would be getting it. I knew that they had to run a credit check, but since my order went through and they charged my credit card, I thought that they already did so.

The next morning I received an email saying basically that I was not a good enough or an ethical enough person to have the privilege of renting one of their used bags. That's fine, I can accept that, I understand that you have to have an at least 800 credit score to be a good enough person in their eyes. The thing that burns me is that they got my hopes up and really dissapointed me. They should have ran a credit check first before promising me an order, charging my credit card, and giving me a membership I'll never be able to use. Why do it the other way around? It's very dissapointing and frustrating, especially since this was my first and only experience.

I would not recommend their services or at least do research before "renting" or "buying" from them. I did research after this all happened and I found that a lot of people feel the same way about them as I do.
