Chickdowntown.com Fraud, tried to keep my money, did not refund

I bought an expensive designer skirt by Abaete from Chickdowntown.com. They had the best price and a coupon code which made the price go down even more. Everything arrived in a timely manner and in good condition, but the skirt did not fit me. I decided to return the skirt and just re-buy the skirt in a new size (I didn't feel like waiting around for an exchange). So I sent the skirt back, got delivery confirmation to know that it was delivered, and waited. I waited and waited. I sent numerous emails and they went unanswered. I made several phone calls and they never answered their phones, the answering maching always came on. I left several messages and my messages never got returned. This went on for one good month (they originally said about 5-10 business days for a refund). I finally got a hold of someone and they said their return department was very backed up and I would get my refund shortly. I waited, and waited, and waited. I waited another month and no refund. Tried to get ahold of them again, and no answer, no response. I finally got very fed up and had to do a charge back with my credit card company siting fraud. I finally got my refund, but only with the help of my credit card company.

I would advise that if you do business with this company, do not buy anything that you are uncertain of. They don't answer their emails or phone messages and will try to keep your money if you return an item.
