On 06/03 I purchased a "WET PVC LEATHER LOOK BLACK MINI SKIRT XL from Nutnbutwild Fashions from her eBay store for $33.94. I paid for the item without delay and it was shipped to me. Upon arrival, item was not true to size and didn't fit my girlfriend.

I contacted nutnbutwild requesting an exchange, I was encouraged to return the skirt and a replacement would be sent. I paid to have the skirt sent back, nutnbutwild informed me she received it. She also told me the replacement was ready to be sent out. Replacement never did
show up. I waited for a reply from seller trusting she was being honest and was looking into where my replacement got to.

When no replacement arrived I contacted nutnbutwild again. Nutnbutwild obviously knew if enough time passed I couldn't open a case with eBay she would get my money and the item to resell. Being fairly new to eBay, I didn't know there was a time limit or that a case could have been opened. I asked for my money back but never was given it or an explanation what became of the replacement
item. Beware of this seller, she's dishonest, tricky and will rip you off just like she did me!

I paid to send it back, I requested a replacement item, to date I didn't get a refund or replacement from you.
You've been telling me you'd look into if it got "lost in the mail"?

Well, it never showed up here and if you sent it, it had to! If you didn't send it by some mistake, please refund all my money so we can both be done with this! They will track you and if this is a common thing to put buyers off til they can no longer file a claim, they will know what you've done to me. I have been advised I still have rights, even though time to file a case has passed. I'm sure you've heard of usacomplaints.com and www.ic3. Gov?

These are places someone like myself can go to to file charges against someone like you. Consider this my last warning! If you don't refund ALL my money in 24hrs I will contact BOTH places and be filing charges against you with the FBI. Think I'm kidding? Look up the websites yourself, they're real!!! That's 24 hrs for a full refund, January 4th at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time! I can't help wonder if they already know you, if not, they will! -*

UPDATE!!! I filed with ic3 and am reporting her here. I'm not sure what all will come of this but if this stops her from ripping off another eBay buyer or gets her reputation known to all, that's what I want. You can see for yourself in the messages how I was strung along, I trusted and believed her, she's quite convincing isn't she!
