Doesn't Stand Behind Product

After endless searching for the best multi-purpose bag, my husband purchased me two bags for Mother's Day at the Outlet. Well, when I opened them at home I found that my Domed Satchel bag coin purse was not attached, it had been taken out/or stolen which was unnoticable before hand because it had mounds of filler-paper stuffed in the purse. I contacted the company. They told me, there's nothing they could do, they don't send out replacements. I wasn't requesting a refund/or exchange. I just wanted the coin-purse attachment that goes with the bag. I could see if all the purses were like that. However, they weren't they had their coin-purse attachments. I know for a fact, they had scores of coin pouches laying in a basket... Being sold individually at the store, so this was a matter of simplying not caring to do it.

They do not stand behind their product like other designer handbag companies!!! My husband nor I will ever patronize them again.
