Ripoff, he kept coin, and my money, wouldn't return either one. Flatly refused to return money or coin

I bought a coin from Blake Edwards, sent Money Order to pay for it, he claimed he mailed the coin. I never received it.

I contacted him, he said he would refund my money. After a few days, I emailed him, and asked when he was going to send my money back. He said he wasn't going to, because he changed his mind. He said that because I didn't purchase insurance from him, he wasn't required to refund my money.

He told me to leave all the bad feedback I wanted, and he would do the same. All I wanted, was either my money returned, or the coin that I bought. I received neither one.
