This is a warning to anyone considering Spagirl Promotions to market your spa business. Lisa Piscopo, the owner is very good at promoting her business with promisses of 100's and 100's of clients for your spa. YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY MONEY BUT SHE WILL!!! She WILL fill your spa with clients however they will ONLY BE THERE FOR THE FREEBIES, THEY WILL NOT BE REPEAT CLIENTS. You will only end up working like a mule on clients that will never come back to your spa. Not because they don't like your services but because they cannot afford them. They can afford $55 for 4 services but not for anything else. Lisa promises to "target affluent clients" but her staff will sell to anyone willing to buy these packages. This includes very young kids (students) unemployed, homeless, and many, many people from miles and miles away from your spa. Of the 700 or more packages sold i only had one person by a treatment package and aside from the first month very few people upgrade their services or even tipp for their services. As the woner of the spa i DID have to pay for my employees, for consumables, tons of laundry, bottled water for clients. Needless to say this cost me tons of money!!! Additionally, i have had my business for 4 years so i know a lot of people and when i stopped doing business with Lisa she began to harass me and my staff AND bad mouth me in various manners. When she picked up a new spa she offered to trade any packages sold to my spa for the new spa. I actually didn't mind this however i didn't like what she was saying about my spa for the trade to occur and what she implied. Lisa also threatened me with legal action so i had to hire an attorney however she has not responded to any of my attorneys requests!!!

I talked with other spa owners using her "Marketing" service and they all said the same things, other spa owners were upset about the clients she brought in, very youing clients, clients just wanting freebies, clients from to far away.

Lisa prides herself on "creating this marketing plan" but even that's a lie. Lisa worked for years at "Ad efx" and if you google Ad efx you will find page after page of complaints about their practices from spa owners to employees.

Bottom line; don't even think about using spa girl promotions to promote your business unless you want to go bankrupt and you want to me represented by a scam artist!!!
