Dr Lisa Harris, Chase Wellness Weight Loss Clinic
Took my money and ran—closed business with NO WARNING!

I purchased $600.00 of Lipo-BC shots from Chase Wellness, Dr. Lisa Harris, weight loss physician. After I made my purchase, she shut her office down and gave NO notice. Her employees were at the clinic on 8/16/10&crying... Because Dr. Lisa Harris told them they are no longer employed. She continued to take people's money... She then refused to repay me for services that I did not receive. She sold my medical file to the company that bought her clientel. I contacted the—I was shown the contract where she states—"all monies will be kept by Dr. Lisa Harris".. All the while; she told me that I have a credit on my account and that I can be seen at the new Dr.'s office and would NOT have to pay a dime. I was told that was a LIE and that I will have to pay to be seen. My $600.00 is in Dr. Lisa Hariis' pocket.

How does this physician get to KEEP my money for services I did not receive; yet, if I had done this to her (NOT PAY HER FOR SERVICES)—I would be in collections and legal action would be pursued... How can she do this and sleep at night? I hope other patients come forward.
