Will not refund money for service i paid fo

I paid for a ad back in late january or early february it was supposed to go out the following week and i was to get my ad proof in a few days.

Well about 10 days had passed without hearing from her so i called back to ask what was up she explained she had a death in the family and would bring it in in the next few days.

Well about another 10 days or so had passed and still no ad proof and no hone calls either so i called her again and she started up with the death in the family excuse again.

So i tried to explain to her (barb) that it is now been close to a month and not to be heartless but how long does 1 funeral take and that she had already used that excuse and had since told me the ad proof would have been here a week ago.

She told me she did not have to take this from me and said she would refund my money and did not want to do business with i said thats fine send me my refund she tried to tell me my contract states all refunds take 30 days.

I said it has been almost 30 days already she countered with no 30 days from the date of offer well that date has long passed still with no refund and she will not take any calls and lets all calls go to the answering machine.

My best advice is do not do any business with her also i do not even believe she is even printing a paper anymore she just collects the money and makes excuses not to pay it back
