Amish Country Products - amishcountryproductsandmore.com ripped me off Stay away Dishonest merchant

A few month ago. I've ordered a Shed Cupola and few more related products from www.amishcountryproductsandmore.com. It all amounted to almost over $700.

There was no conformation email or any other indication to my purchase indeed went through.

However few days later I did see a that my credit card was charged.

I've called that place and a nice gentlemen Mike asked me many times on the order. It sounded like they've never received it, even though my credit card was charged.

Eventually they said they'll be sure to send it to me, and it should arrive within 1-2 weeks.

After about 20 days, I've called them and asked on this matter again.

This time they've told me they didn't have this product, that's why they couldn't send it, No apology or nothing on this huge delay.

This was really starting to get on my nerves, and I didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I've asked for my money back, and they had a nerve to tell me they don't provide refunds.

After much talking on the phone, they've told me that since they didn't send me the product, they'll "see what they can do".

I've called about a week later, and I was told again that they don't provide refunds.

This time I was getting pretty tired of this treatment, so I've contact my Credit card company to cancel the transaction. For those who never done charge back it can be a very major hassle, and I'm still not sure if I'll get my money back.

This was a major waste of time, and a source of much frustration. STAY AWAY from www.amishcountryproductsandmore.com.
