I bought a Swissbit Swiss Army Blade that comes integral having a 1GB USB Memory Travel. The Push failed in May. The merchandise has a 2-year Warantee, but should be delivered to Europe for restoration. I paid $99.95 for that product through Tigerdirect.com. After orresponding using the Swissbit Service Specialists, they decided the component was faulty and explained to approach the RMA utilizing their online Site. I started the process of seeking an RMA and found these were getting a $120 delivery & handling charge for alternative under Warantee. I published Swissbit worrying concerning the charge that will be $20 within the retail cost of them. Their reaction

Was "We're certainly sorry for this case, but these would be the conditions of the RMA process." I'll never buy another Swissbit item since their Warantee Plan is ridiculous.
