I bought a solar reel with crank-handle #989137 and after about 50 occasions turning the handle it broke in two. I tried repeatedly to obtain a alternative, submitting images, etc plus they declined to deliver me a replacement until I settled. Therefore much for that 3-year warantee which was mentioned on the literature. I definately lost more of their own time compared to alternative component price, however they wouldn't move. I'd never purchase from these folks.
