ASC Sunroof

This isn't a, but questioning how to proceed scenario. I've a buddy that's a 2002 Dodge Ram Collection that She'd an ASC Sunroof place in when she purchased the Collection fresh. She'd some work completed on Her collection in a Dodge Dealer, and today the Sunroof wont shut completely and also the red-light Within The ASC switch within the Overhead Handle switches remains on. The Sunroof may proceed completely forward, but appears only a little in the back fringe of the Sunroof and water gets in only a little and gets the headliner moist. She believes the battery was disconnected. The Dealer stated that the ASC Seller (American Sunroof, 2400 N.E. Holladay Street, Portland, Oregon 97232) turn off. I attempted to obtain a your hands on them also, however it claims the telephone is disconnected. I had been wondering if you may be ready to inform me how to proceed to fix the Sunroof issue. I attempted to obtain it to fix it is home by performing a few of the issues within the ASC Operator's Operation Manual.
