Sunroof damage

Since last summer i noticed my car was full of water on the floor of the driver and passanger side... I took my car to them for that reazon. I though the leak was caused by the a/c, but they checked and said they couln't find from where it was comming from.By then my car was under 3 years guaranty which is over. Now a couple of weeks ago i found a lot of water inside my car again and I decided to take it to Forham toyota, I told them that my car is leaking water too much and I also noticed that when i drive and slow down my sunroof sound like if was going to open or close... Forham toyota found that the leak is comming from the sunroof, which ir total damage, Now that I don't have guranty anymore. I respecfully request your help in this matter.
