Unautorized debit from bank account

About one week ago I checked my online banking acoount and saw a charge of $5.95 that idwatchdog made. Today when I went to check my acount there was a charge of $19.95. I have never even heard of them before until today. Also today my mother received a statement from them saying her trial membership is up and is going to be charged monthly. I have never received anything from them and yet I am being charged. We have tried calling the number on the statement several times and kept getting diconnected. One time we got a hold of someone and they kept wanting to transfer us to someone else. When they did we were on hold for a long time and yet again got disconnected. I am going to my bank and try to figure out what is going on with idwatchdog. They only advice I have is to stay away from them they are a scammers and apparently a bunch of thieves as well sice they stole my money. If any one else can help me out I would very much appreciate it. And if anyone knows if I can get a lawsuit agaist them because I know I am not the only one with this problem. I have read others problems online that they are having as well.
