Stolen money from my bank account

I received a call from a lady in April stating she was from Suntrust Bank and told me that I had won a $200 check & it would come in the mail for being a good customer. I asked her how I knew she was from the bank and she then told me my debit card number. I hung up the phone and didn't think much more of it. I called the bank about 4 weeks later and reported what had happened and they didn't do anything. The next thing I knew, money started dissappearing from my account. I didn't know what was going on and when I went to the bank, they gave me a list of who was taking my money out. It was Magsathome, IDWatchdog & Buildweathd.

I called the IDWatchdog and to my surprise I was having identity theft done to me and was being monitered by a identity theft company! I spoke with a man there and he told me that he would cancel my subscription but couldn't tell me who gave them my information. He told that he would give half my money back but that isn't right. I am expecting the whole amount returned to me plus my overdraft charges. I just finished speaking with a police officer here and we are in the process of filing a report and trying to get something done. I just wanted to share my story and tell everyone to watch out. Be very careful about anyone calling and saying they are from your bank. Banks do not call people like that!
