Claimed I owe them $499.00 for an over the phone agreement 2 years ago for advertising our company

Amy Willis called our business in March and claimed we agreed over the phone to advertise with them. She also stated since we did not get back to them
after a trial period of 6 months they assumed we wanted to keep their business and now we owe them $499.00.

She asked if I would like to cancel. I did not remember any such agreement for that amount or any other amount with anyone.

Later I received an invoice for that amount given 30 days to pay. I refused to pay. Now I receive faxed invoices and constant phone calls. Every time it is another woman calling.

Thursdays seem to be the day to call my office now. It was several times a week. Today Kathy called referring to an account number and telling me to call her accounts receivable dept.

This is becoming a strain on us trying to avoid their calls since this is our business line. I have reported them to BBB in New York but the calls still continue.
