Requested Work and Services and NEVER PAID!

We were contacted by Capsouth LLC. They were looking for a process serving company to do home inspections on acquired properties, show properties to potential buyers, remodel properties if needed, and basically be their eyes, ears, and workers. They said they were paying $50.00 per inspection and then other work would be based on what needed to be done. They also requested that we show the homes to interested buyers for $50.00 as well. Sounds great, huh, the homes weren't that far from me... It was easy work, it kept my employees busy. And, in this economy it was going to keep food on the table for a small business owner like myself. I am not located in Florida, so I was doing all of this on good faith, but they seemed to check out.

We took over the property for them. We sent pictures as requested from before and after work done, we fixed problems with the house, we showed it, and we documented everything.

The first payment came with in 15 days as stated, the second payment... Well that finally came after threat of a lien, and legal action. Then I got a contract dated, signed, etc. Made legal on letter head to pay any other outstanding bills with the stated 15 days. "we promise there will be no more delay." Yeah right... That didnt happen. Stupid me continued to do more work for them and low and behold a lien, lawyer, and legal action later... They still owe me thousands of dollars. Oh and now supposedly the work that I did... Was not done to specifications or didn't look good, or many other excuses that they gave me. This all based on what potential buyers said... Well maybe it is just me but a buyer will say anything they can to get a lower price... And the buyer told me everything looked good, just not what he personally would have picked.

Accountant out of town, accountant left early today, accountant only works until 3P.M., I said find a new accountant then. Well, can't do that the accountant is the owners wife! And, can you talk to the owner or will he talk to you... Nope he threatens to fire anyone who gives out his email or voicemail... But they were not smart enough to BCC him on emails so I got it anyways. But there was never a response... Becuase I guess he new what he was doing to people and didn't want to man up to it.

Well, Steve and Amy I hope it all comes back to bite you in the butt! Living in that big house while people like me have to suffer and fight for the hard earned money we worked for. Karma will get these people... She always does! I heard they were arrested and I hope something comes from it... They need to be stopped.

My emails have been read but not returned. They don't answer their phones anymore... Not even the cell numbers they gave me to contact them at. We were warned by another company that they didn't pay, but we figured we would try. Now we regret it. After a little research... I have found many court documents on these people and their numerous companies... I wish I would have researched these people first. I would have never done business with them!!!
