$7900 lost & no resolution to my problems nor a phone call two years late

We paid $7900. To this company to file and resolve some IRS and state tax issues. They received their money in one day, yet two years later I am still waiting for either a phone call or some resolution to our tax problems. The IRS agent was aware and disgusted at this firms practices. We were totally ripped off by this company and are desperately searching for a way to get restitution. They basically stole our savings in this struggling economy and should be held responsible for their actions.
