Strategic Tax Resolution
Ripped off for 1800 dollars

I engaged str to help me with my tax problems I also checked them out with better bussiness they only had one complaint filed that was resolved I 've tried for over 4 years to resolve these issues with no result every time I called str I got a recording that said they would contact me in 24 hours they never did this went on and on they kept stalling then I received a letter stating that str would no longer represent me they made my problems worse and I got ripped off for 1800 dollars everytime I would get someplace with them they would switch people on me, I beleive they we're trying to wait for the statuate of limitations to run out on my problem so they could say see we really helped
