Requested letter openers with my logo design... Received letter openers without any brand. They charged me a collection up charge for that logo but mentioned that used to donot purchase a brand. They realized I did so simply because they charged the put up charge for this! I had been informed to not deliver them back because they won't return me with no acceptance. These were to come back my phone within 24 hours... It's been 14 days and that I can't get any answers. I'm caught with $160.00 value of basic letter openers...
