Consumer Markets ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing the business that doesnt give a dam

In 1998, I got local fone svc from BellSouth; I was "crammed" with MCI as long distance carrier. I have never made a long distance call.in 1999 I got a monthly maintenance fee of 85 cents so I called to disconnect from MCI forever. All was fine until during the bankruptcy proceedings, I read in the news MCI was going to begin $3.75 monthly fees which are now $5.85. I have called 3 different MCI numbers 5 times to explain that I am not their customer, but the harassing messages 2 or 3 times a day and the monthly bills have continued. D knsw, Georgia
