OAN - Reduced Rate Long Distance
Unauthorized Long Distance Charges

The business was charged a monthly service fee for a long distance carrier in addition to Verizon. OAN had never been used and had been charging the business for well over a year, just for being a "service provider"! Then, after their services were cancelled, they continued to bill us under the name Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC.

Verizon charged them back for us but they direct billed us claiming we should have cancelled the service by calling them and they would have gladly refunded the money! Right, that's why they continued to bill us. They are definately bad news.
