Run For Your Life! They will screw with your phone system remotely

DMGT telecommunications in hauppauge, NY is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. You should NOT purchase anything from them at all!

Today my phone system stopped working. Why? Because I had a dispute with the Company over a bill for a service call.

A few hours later, my phone system stopped working. Apparently, they logged into my system remotely and screwed around with the settings.

My phone system is now useless. When a Customer calls in to the system, rather than hearing an automated attendant, which is was happened before this incident, you hear a clicking sound and the system subsequently dies.

My business relies on this system and I lost many calls and sales Today as a result.

I called them and left a message that I was angry. They finally contacted me after a few hours and said they would come to my office Tomorrow but would only fix the system if I paid them cash. Of course I agreed because they have me against a wall.

So, any company that would stoop this low MUST be avoided. Professional Companies to do not do this. I will be contacting NEC (Phone system manufacturer), to complain to them. Hopefully, NEC will take some sort of disciplinary action.
