Company must realize its error, however unprofessional again is admission of erro

This is a follow up from the original documentation from America's Moving Network to make other consumers aware of the wrongdoings of this company. I followed up with the company with a phone call to Chris Flemings to inform him that I had not received the itemized bill (as the 5-7 business days had elapsed since 4/24/03 when it was to be sent). He told me that he just returned from vacation and as he was checking and talking with someone in the background, he then stated "Michele, did you file on usacomplaints.com?" When I confirmed that I had, he told me that "Michele, since you did that, we now take things at our own leisure" and just hung up. If the company is aware that I filed the report, felt that I was in error in my documentation, then wouldn't it just make sense to have the situation corrected? That is, reimburse me the money that I am owed? I think it is the basic fundamental principle we have all been taught is to correct what we did if it is wrong and then move on. This company is NOT willing to correct their error and certainly haven't produced evidence to me to show me if I am wrong, so what should a consumer believe? It is difficult to admit that one is a victim of some organized crime, however that is in fact what has happened here and I have yet to hear from the owners who I faxed my documentation to first before filing this report. Lily Ashkenazi states (and I repeat) "my goal is to satisfy customers not mislead them... 5/14/02". I don't believe Chris Flemings mixed any words, it is the intention to NOT satisfy me as a customer/consumer which seems to go against what you support. It would be so easy to just produce your weight tickets and compare with mine... I think what would have happened though is that America's Moving Network would have owed ME money because I was underweight from the estimate.
